The information on this page is not inclusive of all our policies, nor does it answer every possible question that may come up. At the time of booking your party or event, you will be provided with a contract that fully outlines our services, policies, and terms of agreement. Payment:

We highly suggest reserving your party three to four weeks in advance. Last-minute reservations (less than 14 days before the event date) will incur an “Expedite fee” of $75.00, and full payment will be required.

Our parties have a four-hour limit. If you desire more time there will be an additional cost of $55.00 hour billed in 15-minute increments per Tea server.

A 30% minimum deposit is required when your reservation is made. Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled 7 days prior to your event.

Refunded deposits will incur a $75.00 administrative cancelation fee.

Final headcount and payment must be received 7 days prior to your event via cash, certified check, or Venmo payment to our business account. **

The final head count is what you will be charged regardless of the number of guests in attendance (Minimum 6/Maximum 12 for private parties).

We cannot accommodate additional guests after the final headcount.

We will not accept payment on the day of the event.
Menus:
We are able to work with you to provide a customized menu, please note our catering services are comprised of the food items that would commonly be served at tea parties. Customized menus may incur an upcharge.
Allergies:
We take dietary restrictions very seriously. To ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable meal, we kindly request that you provide us with information about special dietary needs ahead of time. Unfortunately, we do not offer dairy-free, nut-free, or vegan options at this time. Please be advised that there is an additional charge of $5.00 per person for gluten-free options. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to serving you.
Liability:
Taste Tea Parties, owners, staff, hosts, sub-contractors, and assistants assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages, we'll take the utmost care while on your premises. From start to finish, we'll handle your event with respect ensuring that your venue and guests are treated with care.
